From the moment we entered the property, we couldn’t believe how perfect it was! Colin has truly anticipated everything a visitor could want and communication with him was a pleasure. Comfortable beds, great shower, fluffy towels, filtered water, handy appliances, a cooler for the boat/beach, and more. The welcome book was extremely helpful too. We can’t WAIT to go back! Thank you for having us Colin!!

We had a great stay at Casa Sunshine. Property was just as pictures reflected. Owner was great to work with and was the most informative owner we have ever had. Was originally concerned about parking our car out front and security but never had an issue. Street was very quiet and residential. We would definitely book again if we decide to visit Cozumel again.

We were very impressed with the house! The house is so beautiful and decorated so nice. We had everything we needed for our 10 day stay, bathrooms had everything even a blow dryer and bar soap. The kitchen also had everything, just like at home. I used the pool every day, it was perfect and the morning water fall was amazing to watch and listen to during coffee.

There is a “go to book” that is so helpful. I wish all places I’ve traveled to had one of these. The house is very secure! The owner gives you your own personal code before you arrive, with instructions. We felt very safe in this home. We got to met the owner Colin while we were there, so helpful, and if you send a message he replies within 30 minutes!

We will definitely be staying here again. ❤️

Great place to stay, clean and centrally located with 5-10 minute drive to downtown. Pool and patio are relaxing, very spacious home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Sunshine. It is beautifully decorated and the beds and linens are comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The first day we didn’t have a car and the walk into town was fine. Colin has a informational book that was super helpful. We cannot wait to go back!

This is a lovely home with all of the amenities that will make you feel very comfortable. The house is well appointed! The neighborhood is close to town and I felt very safe and secure. The hosts communication is welcomed and thorough. There are suggestions for places to visit, things to do, where to find stores, etc.

I really enjoyed my visit, I think anyone who stays here will love it!

This is our second time in four months to stay at Casa Sunshine and it is by far the most wonderful place we have ever stayed in Cozumel. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that offers so many local dining options. The house itself is beautiful and so clean. The private backyard with pool is the perfect place to just relax and enjoy the sounds of the birds and, in the afternoons, listen to local music from nearby bars. Colin is so easy to work with. The entire process, from booking to check-out is seamless and he is always available if needed. We are already planning our return trip to Casa Sunshine.
